It was 2mins away from 7-11 and a supermarket, 5mins away from a FamilyMart. There are small restaurants and bars nearby to have dinner. The main road and bus stop (to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) station) is 2mins away. Yanagibashi fish market is 10mins away. The hotel allowed us the flexibility to leave our luggage after checkout and to pick it up by giving them 20mins notice.

My daughter and I stayed in the Presidential Suite on the 10th floor. It was spacious and had a large balcony with some outdoor furniture. It was very clean and comfortable, except for the small couch.

Room is surprisingly bigger than usual hotels in Japan. Clean and comfortable.

Staff is accommodating even if communication is thru online. There is a nearby convenient store

The facility was spacious and ultra clean. Everything was perfect. Since we looked in advance, the price was very affordable. We will definitely stay here again.

Literally everything. Amazing value for money. Big bathtub, a cute kitchen, and a balcony. Not much room for wanting anything else.
